This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all orders placed with www.Kaori1000.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) a site owned and managed by Bruder Cosmogen Inc of office addresses as 1145-9 Midland Ave., Ontario, Canada and 7F, South Seas Centre II, KN, Hong Kong. By placing an order on our website, you ("you," "customer," or "user") acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

1. Order Cancellation Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may have already entered our processing and fulfillment system, and cancellation may not be possible.

2. Cancellation Process: To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.

    4. Refund Process: Upon successful cancellation within the 24-hour timeframe, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Any and all Bank Charges will be borne by the buyer only.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be cancelled once the customization process has begun.
  • Orders placed during special promotions or clearance sales may have different cancellation terms. Please refer to the specific promotion or sale terms for details.
  • 6. Modification of Orders: If you wish to make changes to your order after it's been placed, follow the same cancellation process within the 24-hour timeframe. Once cancelled, you can place a new order for the desired items.
